After speaking with one of our agents, you can determine if it is appropriate to “see everything” or only be alerted if a property with specific criteria is available. This is really just an investor preference. The bulk of inventory acquired is 1-4 unit residential properties along with raw land or “tear downs” for the purpose of building new. If no specific criteria is provided, an investor could expect to see 5 - 10 unique opportunities per week.

No, a Canvas Forum agent will not represent you in the transaction from a legal standpoint. This allows an investor to continue working with a preferred Realtor, if they have one.
