Canvas Forum is looking for an Acquisition Agent who is interested in growing their career in the real estate industry with a company that specializes in a fast-paced transaction and truly operates as a Team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Representing Canvas Forum’s holding company by acquiring distressed real estate for the benefit of the sales team and their investors

• Negotiating and contract mostly residential property utilizing local promulgated forms

• Providing real analysis of available deals by utilizing comparables within the area

• Stay involved with the team to collaborate and stay educated on investor needs and sales agent development

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and inventory listings, utilizing CRM systems and other tools to organize information and track progress effectively. 

What we’ll need from you to bring to the role: [Required experience, education, skills, etc.]

• Active Tennessee Real Estate License 

• 2-3 years of real estate transaction experience

• Full time commitment to view, analyze, offer on, and negotiate viable transactions

• Coachability is a must - we need team members who stay actively engaged and are comfortable breaking out of their comfort zone

• This segment of the industry is fast paced, so you’ll need to be able to keep up…and you’ll thrive if you do.
